Valerie is blunt, pragmatic and no nonsense, and also incredibly empathetic and understanding.

I met Valerie online through the usual route of "friending" on social media outlets. I then was fortunate enough to be added to her online private business group where I was inspired to look further into myself and my own business through seeing her posts and the interactions with the other group members. I knew I needed guidance with my business next steps and I knew that Valerie's no-nonsense style and experience was an exact fit for what I needed. Throughout our relationship as coach/ mentor (Val)and student(me) - I have grown and pushed through those "ugly" inner pieces that are so necessary to growth and development. Valerie is tough... she's blunt and candid and pragmatic and no nonsense.. my exact need in a coach. She is also incredibly empathetic and understanding and able to adjust her approach for a coaching session because she can tell how the client is on tone and body/ facial language alone. She's been an incredible support from a business sense as well as from a personal growth standpoint and I am lost some days without her!
